Good news, the Italian team qualified for the UEFA Round of 16 as 2nd in Group B. Spain qualified as Group B Leaders.  Italy will play against Switzerland on Saturday 29 June at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany at 18:00.

  • Spain secured their spot after beating Albania 1-0. Spain ended with a perfect nine points in Group B.
  • Italy, the defending European champions, advanced to the Round of 16 after defeating Croatia 1-0 in the group stage. Italy ended 2nd in Group B.
