It's definitely a happy day for AC Milan forward Giampaolo Pazzini being the leading force to beat Lazio. Pazzini scoring 2 goals in the 40th and 60th minute in the Italian Serie A Week 27 game in San Siro. AC Milan 3 - 0 Lazio on Saturday 2 March 2013.
In the post-match, Pazzini declaring, "Great teams need a lot of great players to reach all their
objectives. I have a lot of respect for Adriano Galliani and what he
said makes me happy. It was very emotional to feel the support of the
fans at the San Siro and the ovation I got when I left the field. It’s
something I’ll remember. A few months ago I spoke with Stephan about
becoming the best partnership in the league and I hope we can do that. I
made the most of a defensive mistake for the second goal. I was good
and lucky. Every so often my knee acts up. Friday is an important game
on a tough pitch to play on. Now we’re in third place and we have to
continue going forward as we’re doing. I’m very happy and I’ll enjoy
this evening.”
