Parma with only 3 points looking to win this home game.  Fiorentina pursuing the away victory.

Fiorentina opening the score in the 20th minute with Facundo Roncaglia delivering a right footed shot from long range forcing Parma goalkeeper to a super stretch trying to save with one hand, but not making it and the ball reaching the top left corner.  This is the first goal with Fiorentina from Roncaglia and the assist made by Borja Valero. 

First half ends 37% ball possession Parma and 63% ball possession Fiorentina.

In the 54th minute, Referee Valeri giving a penalty to Parma conceded by Fiorentina defender Facundo Roncaglia for a foul on Parma forward Dorlan Pabon.  Taking the penalty spot is midfielder Jaime Vales and you won't believe it, but Parma wasting a clear chance to equalize the score because Valdes fails the penalty!   Fiorentina goalkeeper Viviano saves Valdes right footed shot in the bottom right corner and he cannot believe his luck!

In the 87th minute Referee Valeri giving a penalty to Fiorentina after Parma midfielder Aleandro  Rosi brings down Cassani.  Moreover, Valeri gives the RED CARD to  Cassani because it is the second yellow card. Here is the thing,  taking the penalty spot is Fiorentina forward Stephan Jovetic and oh my gosh... yep, oh my gosh, Jovetic  failing to convert his right footed shot because  Parma goalkeeper Mirante saves in the center!..

And this is the match of the penalties!   Referee Valeri giving a penalty to Parma in the 90th minute for an arguable handball by Fiorentina forward Luca Toni inside the penalty rea.  Luca protests and also Firoentina players, but Valeri not changing his position.  The redemption moment for Jaime Valdes after failing the first penalty and now taking the penalty spot again for this one. and there you go.....  GOOOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL  Valdes this time does not fail and his right footed shot defeater Fiorentina goalkeeper Viviano in the high center.  Wow, just an agonizing draw.
