Here are the videos from AC Milan training on Sunday July 15, 2012 at the Centro Sportivo Milanello. AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri announcing double training for Monday July 16 at 9:30 am. and 5:30 p.m.
Sunday morning training session, following a warm-up session with the ball and some quick passing exercises, players were divided into two groups. The defenders working on tactical exercises with coach Allegri and Mauro Tassotti while all the others played a game of football tennis.
At 6.30 pm the two groups united again to work on tactics together.
The session ended with a practice match game.
Abbiati, Traoré, Constant, Boateng, Emanuelson and Ganz all cycled round the perimetre of Milanello.
Bonera joined the rest of the players for the entire session.
