I should say "Good morning," But is it? It's a bad morning, a bad, bad, bad Thursday morning. So, I won't even offer coffee today. Why is bad? Oh well, I woke up early to watch Italian news and read the newspapers and the headlines hitting me on the eye. It's a sad day for Italian football after the defeat from our Serie A team Inter in the Champions League losing the game in the 93rd minute. U N B E L I E V A B L E.
Another sad headline is that of Lazio and their chaos with the resignation from coach Edy Reja hours before the trip to Madrid for the Europa League Round of 32 game against Atletico Madrid. Headlines confirming the resignation, though Lazio President Lotito convincing Reja to do the trip at least for this last game. You see... so how can I say "Good morning." Ah wait.... on top of that, being an AC Milan fan myself it hit me BIG TIME in the eye, in both eyes the headline on Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini thanking Adriano Galliani for having given them midfielder Andrea Pirlo. OH NOOOOO how can I be reminded of that? So.. good morning? NOPE. no. no. no. wait.. there is a smile giving me energy to get up and at least prepare a cup of tea. What? Yep, the headline on Napoli preparing the invasion to London for the second leg of the Champions League against Chelsea. Oh yeahhh, Napoli, Napoli, Napoli, Napoli.. wooohoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
