Here are the videos from AC Milan training at the Centro Sportivo Milanello on Wednesday 22 February 2012. Milan preparing the Serie A Week 25 game, AC Milan v Juventus for the Serie A Week 25 to be played on Saturday 25, 2012. 

AC Milan are in the 1st position with 50 points and a positive goal difference of +27
Juventus are in the 2nd position with 49 points and a positive goal difference of +22 and a pending game.

Training session started at 12:00 with coach Massimiliano Allegri.  Training included warm up phase lasting 20 minutes, the team then spent the same amount of time working on crosses and shots. The coach then had the players working on tactical drills before ending the day’s session with the usual practice match.
  
Breakdown on players training as reported by AC Milan official website:

Alexandre Pato took a full part in the day’s training session with the rest of the group.

Ambrosini, Mexes and Nesta started the session with the rest of the team but only did the part of the session with no ball work involved before doing some sprints.

Mesbah, Flamini, El Shaarawy and Abate trained apart from the rest of the team except for the tactical drills when they joined the rest of their team mates.

Antonio Cassano did 100 meter repetitions.

Seedorf, Boateng, Maxi Lopez and Aquilani all worked out in the gym.
