  Was it too much to handle for Cesena?  Not only the weather is cold, but at the Olimpico a bucket with two cold goals hurting Lazio in the first half.   Incredible so, Cesena who are battling from the 19th position had a short moment of illusion when they were ahead 0-2.  What happened after?  Pressure?  However, Lazio in the second half reacting with determination and warm enough after the break not only to score, but equalize, and then a winner goal by Libor Kozak

Lazio jump to the third position with 42 points passing Udinese with 41 points, but on Satuday, Udinese might take back the third position if defeating AC Milan at the Friuli stadium.
The debut from Antonio Candreva with Lazio and Vincenzo Iaquinta with Cesena.

Cesena surprising Lazio defense and in the 14th minute opening the score with forward Adrian Mutu delivering a left footed shot while Lazio goalkeeper Federico Marchetti trying to save but nothing to do as the ball went all the way to the  bottom right corner. It's the 7th goal for Mutu this season.  A combo celebration between Mutu and Iaquinta!  Iaquinta providing the assist.
 
In the 35th minute, situation complicating for Lazio when Referee Romeo grants a penalty for Cesena.  Penalty conceded by Lazio Abdoulay Konko after pushing Cesena forward Adrian Mutu inside the penalty area as seen during the replay.  Konko also getting a RED CARD and Lazio remaining with 10 players.  Taking the penalty spot is forward Vincenzo Iaquinta converting the penalty with a right footed shot defeating Lazio goalkeeper Federico Marchetti in the bottom right corner.  What a debut for Iaquinta!  First goal this season for him.
  
First half ending 66% ball possession Lazio and 34% ball possession Cesena.

Second half, and whatever pep talk delivered by Lazio Coach Edy Reja that his players returned with a "tune up" mentality and the goals arriving.

Shortening the distance in the 53rd minute for Lazio is Hernanes.  An assist by forward Miroslav Klose to Hernanes delivering a right footed shot defeating Cesena goalkeeper in the top right corner, protests, but celebration on and Lazio believing in the victory.....
    In the 60th minute Lazio equalizing with Senad Lulic delivering a left footed shot after getting the assist by Libor Kozak and the rest is history.... .Lazio gaining confidence and Reja shouting instructions ...
      Whatever happened to Cesena being with one man advantage and after leading 0-2 now losing the game???  In the 63rd minute following a corner there you go, Kozak with a right footed shot defeating Cesena goalkeeper in the bottom right corner.  Kozak running towards the fans shouting to his heart content as claiming this victory for the biancocelesti.
       

      Top scorer for Lazio is forward Miroslav Klose with 11 goals.
      Top scorer for Cesena is forward Adrian Mutu with 7 goals.
