Lazio stopping AC Milan winning road at the Olimpico.

Lazio returning with a strong decision in the second half  to score two goals by Hernanes and captain Tommaso Rocchi. 

Lazio not beating Milan at the Olimpico since October 1998 and they are breaking this tabu.    Making his debut with AC Milan is Argentinian forward Maxi Lopez in the 79th minute after replacing midfielder Mark Van Bommel.

Lazio and AC Milan both winning their games on Sunday with good performance.  Lazio defeating Chievo and AC Milan defeating Cagliari both by 3 goals. 

Despite the defeat, AC Milan keeping the 2nd position having 43 points and a positive goal difference of +24.  

Lazio with the victory keep the 4th position having 39 points and  a positive goal difference of +13.  Inter remaining in the 5th position after their draw at the Meazza, Inter 4 - 4  Palermo.

Lazio having to  play without their key forward player Miroslav Klose for injury. 

Top scorer for Lazio is forward Miroslav Klose with 11 goals.
Top scorer for AC Milan is forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic with 15 goals, being also the top scorer of the season.

In the 73rd minute, Referee Damato giving a yellow card to Lazio captain Tommaso Rocci for protesting.

Amazing, not everyday we see a Referee changing his decision after declaring a penalty. Well, Referee Damato had just done that.  Damato first giving the penalty to AC Milan, but his assistant Maggiani coming to discuss with him while Lazio players keep protesting, and clarification done and there you go .. Damato changing his decision and there is no penalty.

It is Lazio to take the lead in the second half. In the 76th minute a right footed shot by Hernanes coming from the right side to blast AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati just observing the ball in the bottom left corner.  Clamorous celebration from Lazio players and the roaring ovation at the Olimpico.
