Here is the video from AC MILAN training on Saturday 21 January 2012 at the Silvio Piola stadium in Novara Milan testing the synthetic surface in the stadium where they will play tomorrow Sunday 22 Januay the Serie A Week 19 match against Novara at 15:00.
As reported by AC Milan official website, after a brief tactical meeting taken by coach Massimiliano ALlegri, training started at 15.00 with the usual warm up with callisthenics for
the limbs followed by some stretching followed by a long period working
on possession drills. Allegri also including tactical and technical simulations. Training ended with a practice match, 11-a-side with goalkeepers Marco Amelia and Roma.
