Palermo making a super comeback after the opening goal by Genoa in the 13th minute with Rodrigo Palacio.  Palermo with an inspired raining goal after goal until smacking 5 goals against 3 for Genoa.  
 
Palermo return to home victory in grand style and get momentum at the Renzo Barbera Stadium after the surprising defeat by Napoli at the Barbera.

Surprising Palermo is Genoa by opening the score in the 13th minute.  An assist by forward Alberto Gilardino towards the center finding forward Rodrigo Palacio defeating Palermo goalkeeper Viviano in the bottom right corner. 

Palermo equalizes in the 26th minute with forward Igor Budan defeating Genoa goalkeeper with a headed goal from the center of the box after an assist by forward Fabrizio Miccoli.

First half ends 48% ball possession Palermo and 52% ball possession Genoa.

Palermo returning in the second half with a machine to fabricate goals.
