Inter taking away from Lazio the third position.   Inter climbing up the Serie A Table from the 5th position to the 4th position after the winner goal by forward Giampaolo Pazzini.  Inter now in the 4th  position with 35 points and a positive goal difference of +10 while Lazio goes down from the 4th to the 5th position with 33 points and a positive goal difference of +8.

Lazio not winning at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium since October 18, 1998!!!!   Lazio cannot break the tabu despite  taking the lead in the 30th minute with a cold bucket for Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar.  An assist  by midfielder Cristian Ledesma to the right side finding  Rocchi to smack a right footed shot defeating Julio Cesar in the bottom left corner.  Rocchi celebrating waving his finger and the voices of the few Lazio fans at the Meazza acclaiming Rocchi while Inter fans in disbelief.

Diego Milito equalizing the score, scoring in 4 consecutive games!   Milito in the 44th minute with a diagonal left footed shot defeating Lazio goalkeeper Federico Marchetti in the bottom right corner with the  assist by Ricardo Alvarez.  It's the 8th goal for Milito.
 
It seems Inter warming up and gaining confidence.  Bam!  In the 63rd minute the one and only "il Pazzo" Giampaolo Pazzini smacking the almost empty net with a right footed shot after the headed assist by Lucio while Marchetti anticipated and the ball not waiting for permission to enter... bam!  Inter fans increasing their chants and Pazzini with his trademark celebration pointing at his eyes.
 
Here is the thing.  It's a direct encounter being only 1 point difference and having same goal difference.  A victory for Inter means taking over the 4th position and sounding the loud alarm for Juventus, AC Milan and Udinese to be worried.....   
 
Top scorer for Inter is forward Diego Milito with 8 goals.
Top scorer for Lazio is forward Miroslav Klose with 9 goals.
