  A super match between Italy National Football team and the United States Football Team on Wednesday 29 February, 2012.  Italy v USA will be played by at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium in Genoa, Italy at 20:45.  Italy v U.S. Men's team is a FIFA International friendly football game.  Last encounter in the 2009 Confederations Cup with Italy defeating United States , USA 1 -3 Italy on June 15, 2009.

A deja vu with former Germany Head coach Jurgen Klinsman now coaching the United States  Klinsman was Germany coach when Italy won the 2006 FIFA World Cup.  Italy defeating Germany  in extra time with goals by Fabio Del Grosso and Alessandro Del Piero in the Semifinals on July 4, 2006... so... memory lane for Klinsman visiting Italy now.

It's a tough test for the U.S. Men's National team playing against Italy four time World Cup Champions.  We might see Chievo Verona midfielder Michael Bradley playing with the United Sates team.  Former AC Milan defender Oguci Onyewu also might play.    

For Klinsman, the game against Italy "We are slowly trying to raise the bar for our team, and this is an awesome opportunity for the players to be challenged against one of the top teams in the world."

It will the third time that the United States Football team will play on Italian soil without winning.  Let's all get ready for this game. 

Italy will test the waters now without AC Milan forward Antonio Cassano out for injury after a heart surgery.  It's the time for Italy Head Coach Cesare Prandelli to show his new Italy, maybe with Mario Balotelli, Alessandro Matri?  Maybe Prandelli might call up for the friendly game also Udinese forward Antonio Di Natale... oh well... I am ready for this game, are you?   Forza Italia.
