Milan having the first training of 2012 at the Centro Sportivo Milanello on Friday January 6. Milan are preparing the Serie A Week 17 match, Atalanta v AC Milan to be played on Sunday January 8 at the Atleti Azzurri D'Italia stadium. Milan are leading the Table
As reported by AC Milan official website, training started at midday on the central pitch where the group started with a warm up with some sprints and some stretching.
Training
continued with an 11-a-side game focusing on maintaining possession.
The game was played with reduced goals and lasted around 20 minutes.
The
central part of the session saw the Rossoneri involved in a tactical
practice match with a single goal ahead of the match against Atalanta.
Kevin
Prince Boateng and Alessandro Nesta took a full part in training with
the rest of the group. Mathieu Flamini and Ignazio Abate both worked out
in the gym. Flavio Roma trained with a long run.
Training tomorrow is scheduled for 15.00 after Massimiliano Allegri’s press conference.
