What a splashing way to end the 2011!!!!  Napoli with a firm and convincing victory crushing Genoa at the San Paolo Stadium.  Six goals in total for Napoli against only 1 from Genoa.    The joy form Napoli to  see their team winning again at the San Paolo Stadium.

Napoli in the 6th position with 24 points with a positive goal difference of +11.   Genoa are now in the 10th position with 21 points with a negative goal difference of -5.

Opening the score is Napoli in the 12th minute with forward Edinson Cavani.  with a right footed shot defeating Genoa goalkeeper Frey in the center.  Celebration  by Cavani and Napoli fans  pushing the bandwagon.  The assist was by midfielder Christian Maggio.

Genoa scoring the "honor goal" in the 27th minute with Cristobal Jorquera.  An assist by Lucas Pratto to Jorquera deliverig a left footed shot from outside the box defeating Napoli goalkeeper De Sanctis in the bottom right corner.  A temporary hope, but later the nightmare seeing the crushing, demolition from Napoli leaving a super headache for Frey after conceding 6 goals.  Genoa will make a long "silent"return  to Genoa wondering what went wrong.

The final blow in the 80th minute with Juan Camilo Zuniga with a right footed shot.  Assist by defender Hugo Campagnaro.

It's time for the Christmas break and you bet each player will cut a "panettone" to celebrate.
