AC Milan preparing the UEFA Champions League Group Stage matchday 5 against FC Barcelona.  AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri having a morning training session on Sunday November 20 at the Centro Sportivo Milanello. Milan to check every detail in this direct match. The first round ending with a a draw at the Camp Nou.

Training including:

The players in action yesterday evening at the Franchi stadium in Florence against Fiorentina did a warm down session in the gym. All the other players gathered on the central pitch at the Milanello sports centre.

The group did a 15 minute running warm up followed by 15 minutes of ball possession and then another 20 minutes of themed drills.

Training ended with a 7 a side game using half the pitch. The team played two 10 minute halfs. One on team was Bonera, Inzaghi, Taiwo, El Shaarawy, Yepes and Boateng on the other side was Emanuelson, Pato, Mexes, Van Bommel, Gattuso and Zambrotta with Roma and Piscitelli in goal.

The team will start training tomorrow Monday November 21 at  14.45.
