The happiest of all should be Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini with his team winning. Coach Devis Mangia renewing his contract and his way to say thank you to the fans with this victory all "PINK" celebrations while Bologna falling and in real crisis.
It's the return to Palermo from former coach Stefano Pioli. Incredible, so, Pioli was named Palermo coach on June 2, 2011 and sacked not even before starting the first game! Yep. Pioli was sacked on August 31, 2011. SO, it's a short memory lane at the Renzo Barbera.
Before the match, Palermo are in the 8th position with 13 points and "0" goal difference. Bologna are in the 14th position with 10 points and a negative goal difference of -5.

wow, wow, wow, guys, my heart is in pain watching the injury from Palermo forward Abel Hernandez. Oh gosh, in the 19th minute, just when Hernandez was running towards the goal in counterattack and before kicking he had to stop holding his hamstring, touch his leg with clear pain and falling down. Immediately medical attention and he just cannot continue because he has muscular problems. Close up then towards Palermo bench and the forced substitution while Hernandez is in tears. This means Hernandez is aware that is not just a regular injury. Ignacio Lores taking his place and close up showing Hernandez in tears.
First half ends 49% ball possession Palermo and 51% ball possession Bologna.
Bologna not finding their way to the goal and coach Pioli making two substitutions:
In the 57th minute Andrea Raggi out, Gyorgy Garics in

In the second half Palermo increasing the score in the 52nd minute after a corner conceded by goalkeeper Gillet. An assist by Zahavi towards the right side finding defender Matias Silvetre for a headed shot defeating Gillet in the high center.
Definitely, it is a good day for Zahavi not only scoring, but also making the assist for the second goal of Palermo. Yet, in the 63rd minute, Palermo coach Mangia substitutes Zahavi and brings Nicolas Bertolo. Zahavi leaving the pitch among the applause of the fans while he thanks them back.
