 Bologna climbing the Serie A table and getting away the relegation area with this home  victory.  This is an important  victory because Bologna  icon player, captain Marco Di Vaio scoring his 133rd goal in Serie A after converting a penalty to open the score in the 45th minute.

Bologna climbed from the 17th position to the 14th position now with 10 points.while Atalanta went down fro the 12th position to the  15th position with 9 points..
 
Bologna midfielder Mudingayi receiving a recognition for reaching 100 appearances with Bologna on Sunday during the Serie A Week 10 match against Atalanta.  Mudingayi joined Bologna on July 2008.

In the 7th minute Atalanta forward German Denis opening the score with a left footed shot defeating Bologna goalkeeper in the bottom right corner. 

Just ending the first half, in the45th minute and Bologna equalizing the score after Referee Bergonzi  granted a penalty conceded by Daniele Capelli for a foul on Gaston Ramirez in the penalty area.  taking the penalty shot is Captain Marco Di Vaio converting it with a right footed shot defeating Atalanta goalkeeper Consigli in the top left corner. 

It's all Bologna show at the Dall'Ara.  Atalanta not able to  react.  In the 68th minute an assist by Gaston Ramirez to Simone Loria in the center of the box to head the ball defeating Atalanta  goalkeeper in the top right corner.
