Video AC Milan Training Tuesday October 25, 2011 for the match against Parma for Serie A Week 9

AC Milan completing the afternoon training session on Tuesday October 25, 2011 at the Centro Sportivo Milanello.  Milan  started training at 16:00 preparing for the Serie A Week 9 match AC Milan vs Parma on Wedneday October 26 in San Siro at 20:45.

Milan trained this afternoon ahead of the match against Parma on Wednesday evening at 20.45 at the San Siro. Training started at 16.0.0 for the Rossoneri on the raised pitch where the players started with a warm up. They then moved on to some stretching and calisthenics to work on upper and lower body strength.

The central part of the training session saw the team working on their tatics ahead of Parma’s visit.

Training ended with the normal practice match on 11 against 11 with goalkeepers on a reduced pitch.

At the end of training coach Allegri read out the list of the players called up:

Goalkeepers:  Christian Abbiati, Flavio Roma,
Defenders: Ignazio Abate, Luca Antonini, Bonera, Philippe Mexes, Taiwo, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta, Yepes,
