Napoli battling like fierce lions after Bayern Munich opened the score  in the 2nd minute  silencing the San Paolo stadium. Imagine the  chill when Jerome Boateng made the cross to Toni Kroos smacking a right footed shot from  the center of the box sending the ball like a dagger in the bottom left corner where  Napoli goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis  could not save but just observed the ball.  Kroos celebrating along his teammates.

The moment of redemption, getting energized arriving at the 39th minute with the onw goal by Holger Badstuber attempting to clear midfielder Christian Maggio's cross. .

An epic moment in the 49th minute when Referee grants a penalty to  Bayern Munich conceded by Napoli captain Paolo Cannavaro for a handball.  Wait,. epic? Yep, Epic because when  Bayern  were almost sure  to celebrate another goal, there it was the support from all the thousands of Napoli fans  for a miracle pushing the Bandwagon behind goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis.  Taking the penalty spot is Mario Gomez and De Sanctis turning into a hero when saving the right footed shot  from Gomez in the bottom right corner.  A roaring ovation  at the San Paolo and De Sanctis  thanking the fans while encouraging his teammates with this added boost.

Napoli now is in the 2nd position with 5 points and Bayern Munich leading the group with 7 points.
