AC Milan  at full speed in Beijing, China having the second day training for the Italian Super Cup - Supercoppa Italiana match AC MILAN vs INTER on Saturday August 6, 2011 at the Beijing National Stadium.  AC Milan having a double training session on Wednesday, August 3.   In the morning, Milan training in front of about 2,000 fans chanting even in Italian during the entire session. On Thursday August 4 only one training session scheduled.

Here is a report on AC Milan training on Wednesday August 3 as reported by AC Milan official website.

AC MILAN MORNING TRAINING SESSION - Olympics Sports Center
Wednesday August 3, 2011

- AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegre training focus on sharpness by working on sped and tactics.

-  Morning training session starting at 10 a.m.

-  First 15 minutes was centred around keep-ball to warm up and concluded with the players running over hurdles and around cones.

- After half-an-hour the coach changed the focus to tactics. The players were divided in two groups, who played on around 60 metres: the aim was to play the ball over the opponents’ dead ball line using the runs of the forwards.

-  Before wrapping up the session the final exercise saw the midfield and attackers work on tactics for 15 minutes.

The goalkeepers worked separately with Landucci and Fiori.


AC MILAN AFTERNOON TRAINING SESSION

-  40 minutes of tactical analysis.

-  20-minute warm-up match, first with feet then with hands.

- Following the tactical phase, the session was rounded off with a practice match, which lasted around 25 minutes.

Just as precaution., midfielder Ignazio Abate sat out the entire session feeling the effects of a slight flu attack. Purpose is to have Abate ready for Saturday.
