Italy Climb from 9th to 6th Position in FIFA Coca Cola World Ranking on June 29 2011

Great news with Italy National Football team improving ranking. FIFA Ranking from June 29 2011 shows Italy improving by 3 position going from the 9th to the 6th position reaching 1059 Points. This is excellent news considering the 2010 World Cup disaster with Italy falling to the 14th position. I don't even want to remember the 2010 Word Cup at all. Italy with new coach Cesare Prandelli seems finding their way to a brighter future. Next FIFA ranking will be on July 27, 2011.
Italy leading UEFA Euro Group C with 16 points. Next Euro 2012 qualification game is on Saturday September 3 2011 against Estonia.
Last game of the Italian National team was the friendly game against Ireland. Italy 0 - 2 Ireland on June 7 2011.
