Coach Delio Rossi and Palermo Part Ways with Mutual Consent on June 1 2011

It's official now.  Palermo official website announcing  the mutual decision to part ways  from coach Delio Rossi and the club.  Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini and Delio Rossi meeting on Wednesday June 1 2011 to evaluate their positions as informed by Palermo official release.  After the meeting, the result was the mutual decision  to depart ways. 

Delio leaves Palermo set to  play the Europa League next season and having reached the Coppa Italia Final which was his last game with the Pink Boys  Result INTER 3 - 1 PALERMO.   In this roller coaster, Delio sacked on Sunday February  27 2011 after losing to Udinese at the Renzo Barbera Stadium  Palermo 0 - 7 Udinese, then replaced by Serse Cosmi and returned to coach on April 5 2011 now with the final good bye on June 1 2011..
 

 Il Presidente Maurizio Zamparini e l'allenatore Delio Rossi si sono incontrati oggi e hanno valutato serenamente le rispettive posizioni, ribadendo la stima reciproca per la serietà e il lavoro svolto.

Entrambi hanno deciso in maniera consensuale di non proseguire il rapporto di lavoro.
