It's the last game of the 2010 - 2011 Serie A season. AC Milan winning the Scudetto on Week 36. Here is the Italian Serie A Week 38 Weekly Roundup  on Sunday  May 22, 2011.  Three teams relegated to Serie B are Sampdoria, Brescia, and AS Bari.  AC Milan, Inter, and Napoli qualifying directly to the Champions League next season.  The playoff for the Champions will be decided today between Lazio and Udinese.  The Europa League

Three coaches --so far -- playing their last games as either sacked or departing ways with mutual consent: Juventus coach Luigi Del Neri, Lecce Coach Luigi De Canio. and Cesena coach Massimo Ficcadenti.

First goal of this last round is that from Fiorentina midfielder Juan Manuel Vargas in the 2nd minute against Brescia.

We might say the biggest upset of this final round is the fall from Palermo at the Renzo Barbera Stadium with a smacking defeat of Palermo 1 - 3 Chievo Verona.  As for the pleasant news is the dignified goodbye from the Serie A of AS Bari relegated to Serie B. Bari  defeating with a goleada Bologna with a hat-trick by Francesco Grandolfo.

Inter forward Samuel Eto'o celebrating today his 100th appearance with Inter. Udinese forward Antonio Di Natale receiving an award before the match with AC Milan. Plus, Di Natale reaffirming as top scorer of the Serie A with 26 goals.  Palermo and Inter will play the final of the Coppa Italia on Sunday May 29 at the Olimpico di Roma Stadium.

I will update this page with the results.

Udinese 0 - 0 AC Milan:  In the 73rd minute, Udinese had the chance to score after referee grants a penalty to Udinese  conceded by a foul from Clarence Seedorf on Alexis Sanchez.  Taking the penalty spot is Toto Di Natale and  this time not culminating in goal because AC Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia saved by deviating the right footed shot  in the bottom left corner... .. sudden silence at the Friuli and Di Natale cannot believe his luck. Anyway, Di Natale receiving the love from from the fans.  You can count me among the "applauding crowd" for Di Natale too.

Yep.  Pazzini with his trademark celebration of pointing out his eyes  showing the fans his joy after his right footed shot goal defeating Catania goalkeeper in the bottom right corner.
