Talking about Milan flying all alone as leader and we see the cowabunga difference of 36 points between Milan and Sampdoria.  Yep, Sampdoria  not a threat this season after the two stars "Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini" left the team.  

 By the way, the big "ex Cassano"  became a father on Thursday.!  Yep, his first born Christopher adding joy to Antonio and his wife Carolina.  Cassano  might not play in this game... or will start from the bench, as for merit the one rocking big time is Pato.  Though, you bet Cassano would love to play and score to dedicate the goal to his first born Christopher!  I am all for it.

Here is the thing, Sampdoria with a defeat risk going down the relegation area if Cesena defeat Bari and Brescia defeat Genoa.  Yep, n this scenario  Sampdoria will go down to the 19th position.OUCH!!!! GOOOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLl   oh my gosh I am going nuts!!!!   just a minute after the Abbiati-Amelia issue and  from a direct freekick it is midfielder Clarence Seedorf smacking a right footed shot defeating Sampdoria goalkeeper Curci in the bottom right corner.   Seedorf runs towards the fans to celebrate this goal and what a cowabunga important goal  putting Milan  closer to the Scudetto... yet.. let's not get over excited as everything can happen..

wow, wow, wow. guys, suddenly a loud roaring chant in San Siro as the billboard showing the result so far from Parma - Inter... yep.. in the 35th minute it is Sebastian Giovinco scoring for Parma and Inter losing.. the joy from the rossoneri obviously as Inter is one of the contenders for the Scudetto being 5 points away .. though if this result persist Milan will have 8 points lead over inter.... so there you see the reasoning of Milan fans happily expressing their joy in San Siro....

Oh gosh.. hello....  Pato stopping and  indicating   feeling a pain and could be a forced substitution...  and  he is  telling Seedorf  what's happening... match delay....    gee...  Pato with clear pain.. and this was when he was running and suddenly stopped for the pain... so.. there you go forced substitution and it is the ex Sampdoria player Antonio Cassano in the 41st minute.    Fans welcome Cassano with an ovation... while Cassano applauds them back.....

In the 42nd minute a handball by Vladimir Koman.. and time running by for Sampdoria to equalize... though looks Milan not giving space.....

In the 44th minute Boateng now committing a foul on Sampdoria defender Daniele Dessena...  

oopss Nicola Pozzi  commits  a foul on defender Gianluca Zambrotta bringing him down...

This is it.. Referee Celi whistles the end of the first half. 74% ball possession AC Milan and 26% ball possession Sampdoria... let's see what happens in the second half....  will Sampdoria react????

In the  53rd minute, a left footd shot by Milan defender Gianluca Zabrotta  coming from the left side and Sampdoria goalkeeper saves.. the ball still in the area and...  oopsss...Things not working out for Sampdoria as Referee Celi gives a penalty to Milan in the 53rd minute after a handball by Daniele Gastaldello in the penalty area....  Sampdoria players protesting but replay showing there was a handball..    Taking the penalty spot is the ex Sampdoria forward Antonio Cassano..... wow... now  Cassano will concentrate .. and yep.. this is it..
