Here is the weekly Roundup for the Italian Serie A Week 28.  It is a decisive victory for AC Milan flying all alone as leaders of the Italian Serie A with 61 points after defeating Juventus at the Olimpico.  AC Milan now 5 points ahead of  Inter and 8 from Napoli.  Juventus in total crisis suffering a third consecutive defeat.    I must tell you this Juve-Milan match was so agonizing for me!!!!!!!!!  why?  Hum?  I am an AC Milan fan, but also a fan of Buffon and Del Piero!!!! Two games I try to avoid every season are Juve-Milan and Milan - AS Roma.  Inter keeping the second position after their smacking victory against Genoa with a 5-2 while Napoli unable to win at the San Paolo failed to grab the home victory.

The  highlight of the week is the debut  from new Palermo coach Serse Cosmi with a defeat against Lazio after the sacking from coach Delio Rossi following the goleada at the Barbera  Palermo 0 - 7 Udinese .  Palermo losing at the Olimpico and is the fourth consecutive defeat fro the team.

AS Roma reaching an agonizing victory in the 90th minute when AS Roma midfielder converted the penalty conceded by Lecce Gianni Munari.  Three important points for the morale of the team now preparing for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 Shakhstar Donetsk vs AS Roma.

Serie A leader on Week 28 is AC Milan with 61 points followed by Inter with 56 points, and Napoli with 53.  Last position is for AS Bari with 16 points. Top scorer is Udinese forward Antonio Di Natale with 22  goals followed by Napoli forward Edinson Cavani with 20 goals.
