Time for the10th Edition of the TIM TROPHY - TROFEO TIM TOURNAMENT which is a triangular pre-season tournament among Juventus, Inter Milan, and ACMilan. The Tim Trophy will be played on Friday, August 13, 2010 at the San Nicola Stadium in Bari, Italy. A real challenge for all three teams because they each have new coaches! Yep! AC Milan with coach Massimiliano Allegri, Inter Milan with coach Rafael Benitez, and Juventus with coach Luigi Del Neri.
This year six fans will experience the mini-tournament in a special way:a third bench will be placed on the touchline for the lucky winners of «Tim ti porta in campo» competition. The TIM Tournament live on Canale 5. Also, the 2 games from AC Milan against Inter and Juventus can be seen at midnight on Milan Channel (Italy time).
Here is how the TIM Trophy works: The rules of the TROFEO TIM is to play 3 games of 45 minutes each. Each team will play against each other. If any game ends with adraw,it is decided by a penalty shoot-out.
3 points = winning in regular 45 minutes time, and no points to the loser team.
2 points - winning in penalty shoot outs
1 point = the team losing in penalty shoot outs gets one point
0 point = losing in regular 45 minutes time

Well, allow me to tell you that goalkeeper Marco Storari is among my favorites and now he is playing against the team of my heart "la mia squadra del cuore" obviously AC Milan... geeee.. at least I don't see my untouchables players Del Piero and Buffon with Juventus in this particular game. Otherwise, I would have been on my knees right now....
AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri starts with goalkeeper Marco Amelia instead of Cristian Abbiati... looking at the lineup we might say it might the first team with the exception of not seeing Pato because he was not called up for this game... Allegri trusting Borriello and Ronaldinho in the attack while Juventus rely on Diego and Amauri.
