AC Milan  completed the morning training session at the Centro Sportivo Milanello with coach Massimiliano Allegri.  Players will have lunch and prepare their suitcases.  AC Milan are departing from Malpensa Airport on Friday, July 30 at 15:00 to London, England where they will be playing in the Emirates Cup

AC Milan will play against Arsenal on Saturday, July 31 and on Sunday, August 1, 2010 against Olympique Lyonnais.

Bad news is that forward Ronaldinho will miss these games for injury.  Ronaldinho has stretched the left biceps femoris muscle and  will be out about 7 days for recovery.

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri  started the rossoneri morning workout at 9.30. The first 10 minutes were dedicated to warm-up exercises and stretching, then the team played a series of practice matches, first using hands then feet.

Following on the Rossoneri work on sprinting exercises for 10 minutes.

Coach Allegri divided the squad into two groups, which he had working on a tactical work-out for 30 minutes.

The session concluded with a series of set-piece exercises with the aim of improving both the defence and the attack.

Training finished at 11.30. In the afternoon the team will leave for London at 15:00.
