Are There Problems among goalkeepers in AC Milan with Christian Abbiati not happy with new AC Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia?

Is it  a nonsense transfer market?   I was checking the news on the Serie A and there is a report on Telelombardia - qsvs.it  dated June 29 about some internal problems in AC Milan with players.  Let me deal with  one subject.  AC Milan goalkeeper Christian Abbiati, reportedly, is not that  happy with the transfer from goalkeeper Marco Amelia.  AC Milan are under a restructuring plan which include new coach Massimiliano Allegri.

The moment I read the official announcement in AC Milan website about the transfer of Marco Amelia and selling goalkeeper Marco Storari  to Juventus I reacted in disbelief.  Hum? what? really? yeah? is it?   It is no secret and Amelia's latest performance compared to that of Storari are just opposite. 

Originally, Amelia was AS Livorno goalkeeper but when they were relegated to the Serie B, Amelia  transferred from Livorno  to Palermo  in July 2008 where he was not that efficient.  After, Amelia went to Genoa in exchange  for goalkeeper Rubinho.... wait... plus Amelia not even called up by Italy Head coach Marcello Lippi.  Instead Lippi preferring Palermo goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu, Napoli goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis, and Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti.... Amelia will have to really make an impressive performance ----at least -- during the Summe friendlies.

Bottom line, I am a bit worried about Marco Amelia's performance in this "new AC Milan."  If Abbiati feels threatened to be relegated as second goalkeeper and Amelia as first goalkeeper, then, hello, open the door because most likely Abbiati will ask his agent to look for another club......

I will have to wait and see the physical condition of Marco Amelia with AC Milan.. Sure, the deal for Milan on selling Storari was all about "money."  But some Milan fans not happy with the management not hiring top goalkeepers and not to mention a more qualified coach instead of Massimiliano Allegri who previous to leading Serie A club Cagliari had only only coached Serie C clubs.....  

Well, it might work, it may not work...  but the future of AC Milan to reconquer their glorious years are just in suspense.....

First tough test for the new coach Allegri and goalkeeper Marco Amelia will be in the Emirates Cup on July 31 and August 1, 2010.  Milan will be playing against Arsenal and Olympique Lyonnais.
