A super birthday celebration for Uruguay and Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Muslera and Diego  Forlan celebrating his goals with Muslera to congratulate him too.  It is an important victory  for Uruguay silencing south Africa when the vuvuzelas  could not help enough South Africa.  Uruguay is now  closer to  the qualification to the last 16 with their 3-0 victory.

  Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Muslera played all 90 minutes.

Palermo forward  Edinson Cavani  played 89 minutes and substituted by Sebastian Fernandez

  Juventus defender  Martin Caceres did not play, but listed in the substitutes.

Napoli midfielder Walter Gargano played 5 minutes when substitution Diego Perez in the 90th minute.
