Note:  Torino Midfielder Julio Cesar de Leon from the  Serie B was called up, but had to return home  being ruled out of the World Cup after suffering a torn muscle in his right leg.  Julio   has been replaced  by Jerry Palacios the brother of Wilson and Johnny who are  part of Honduras 23 man squad.  It's the first time that  3 brothers will  be available to play in the same team in the World Cup.
