By Anna Italia

Calciopoli is back shaking up the Italian Serie A with the ongoing Calciopoli conspiracy.  We thought the 2006 Calciopoli match-fixing scandal was over. No, not yet.  Sadly, latest episodes with new tangible proofs. The defense from Luciano Moggi presented 41 telephone conversations from late FC Internazionale President Facchetti, 3 from Moratti and others from the clubs Bologna, Cagliari, AC Milan, Palermo, Reggina, and Udinese.   The hearing is concluded by Judge Casoria setting nextsession to Tuesday, April 20, 2010.

Casoriaconfirms the court has accepted the evidence presented by Moggi's legalteam from today's hearing. 75 phone calls and over 3,000 records ofcalls that were not part of the orginal Calciopoli trial in 2006. Theattorneys do not oppose the judge's decision.

According to the legal representatives from Moggi, it will prove that everybody talked to the referee designators. Simply, put, Moggi and Juventus sustain the law should be equal for everybody.

In 2006 Luciano Moggi ex director of Juventus found guilty of "association to defraud." Juventus were relegated to Serie B and stripped of their last two Scudetto titles  while AC Milan, Lazio, Fiorentina and Reggina received  point penalties for the next season.  Point is that the Court might take away the 2006 Scudetto removed from Juventus and giving to Inter.. question is who will get it? It looks like "a cursed Scudetto."

Here is the thing. We might be talking about Calciopoli Part 2, according to the  trial convened on Tuesday, April 13 in Naples to examine the decisions of Calciopoli.

In the trial  Moggi and his lawyers got their petition to allow new evidence into the case. A whooping evidence from 75recorded phone calls and 3,000 phone contacts  showing that a varietyof other club officials had contact with referees and designators.  Simply put, that if Moggi proves that not only him talk to referee designators, but that it was a common thing with other club presidents doing the same, then he can't be punished or the others should be processed too.

"At the trial in Naples we are showing that there was never any plot and the teams always won  for the values they showed on the pitch, and that referees are humans and make mistakes.  I say that everyone is innocent because that[calling referees] was a common thing. And it was the same designators who asked us to call them.  Everyone called everyone," Moggi to  Gold Sport.

As reported by ANSA,  during the trial Attorney Paolo Trofino , one of the legal representatives from Moggi,  saying that even the then President of Inter Giacinto Facchetti  talked about "griglie arbitrali"  while questioning Colonel Attilio Auricchio who conducted the investigation from Calciopoli.

Trofino presented the telephone conversation from November 26, 2004 between Facchetti taking with ex referee designator  Paolo Bergamo.   This is the original recording in Italian «E allora per domenica?».

After the conclusion of the trial, Moggi leaving among applause from Juventus supporters.  Moggi told Radio Radio: "I'm happy that there arepeople who still support me.  Once I heard the interception of Facchetti and Bergamo, Ismiled because I already knew the facts."
