Now, I ask you to double fasten your seat belts and don't lose this ride! A total turnover in the race for the Scudetto with Catania defeating the sole leader of the Serie A "FC INTERNAZIONALE." Yep! You are reading right. Catania defeated Inter on Friday, March 12. AC Milan defeating Chievo Verona with a goal by Clarence Seedorf and now the difference with Inter is just "ONE POINT." In the meantime, the city of Catania is living a 24 hour party and the fans thanking the squad for this particular joy.

Friday, March 12, 2010Catania 3 - 1. FC Inter : In the 54th minute a super combo... first Wesley Sneijder seeing Samuel Eto'o available maybe a bit offside coming into the area and on time to make the assist to Diego Milito who without a double though deliver a right footed shot from the center of the area blasting Catania goalkeeper Andujar in the lower left corner. In the 74th minute, an assist by Pablo Alvarez coming from the right to Maxi Lopez running fast enough to defeat Inter defender Lucio not able to control and with a right footed shot from close range blasting Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar in the bottom right corner despite his super stretch ending on the ground... In the 81st minute, a penalty conceded by Inter midfielder Sulley Muntari. Taking the penalty spot is Catania symbol Giuseppe Mascara with a right footed shot making the "cucchiao" blasting Julio Cesar in the high center. In the 90th minute, the total explosion of joy when Catania see their dream come true and defeating Inter the leader of the Serie A.. Yep! Jorge Martinez coming from the left side and passing defender Lucio not able to stop him while Catania fans with their chants energizing Martinez to continue his run until bam bam bam a right footed shot from the center of the box blasting Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar remaining on the ground.

Napoli 1 - 3 Fiorentina: In the 48th minute there it is the GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLL An unforgettable moment for Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi returning to score after 3 months! Yep! an assist by Cristian Maggio finding Lavezzi in the center of the area out jumping Fiorentina defender Kroldrup to bam bam bam blasting Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey in the lower right corner while Frey remains on the ground and Lavezzi running to celebrate the goal followed by Hamsik and teammates... close up from Napoli fans exploding of joy and Lavezzi asking the fans to keep supporting the squads by waving a jersey... In the 60th minute, an assist by Stevan Jovetic towards Alberto Gilardino running so fast that Napoli defender Juan Zuniga not able to block him and despite Napoli goalkeeper extending both hands trying to clear nothing to do but succumb to the headed shot from Gilardino in the lower left corner. In the 88th minute, this is so crazy and I am loving this goal with the HEAD PASS to another HEAD... guys, from the corner by Pasqual to Stevan Jovetic heading the ball finding Gilardino from close range to HEAD the ball and bam bam bam there you goooo like a volley ball game and Fiorentina takes the lead blasting Napoli goalkeeper De Sanctis in the center. In the very last minute, in extremis, the 90th minute and following a fast break while Napoli goalkeeper left the goal to join the squad in Fiorentina area, there you had the super fast break and Jovetic running faster in front of the empty goal and this time "no blasting" but a soft push like saying "HERE I GO""""""

Juventus 3 - 2 Siena : Talking about fast goals! In the 2nd minute it is Juventus forward Alessandro Del Piero to open the score with a right footed shot blasting from close range Siena goalkeeper in the center. Just five minutes later, in the 7th minute, Del Piero again scoring! Yep! This time Del Piero from the center box making a right footed shot all the way to the top right corner. Juventus looking more energized than ever and in the 10th minute, bam bam bam it is Antonio Candreva to score with a left footed shot coming from outside the area blasting Siena goalkeeper in the top left corner after the assist by David Trezeguet. Like the saying goes.... "somebody stop the bleeding!!!" Just in time, shortening the distance is Siena following a fast break forward Massimo Maccarone in the 16th minute with a right footed shot from outside the box blasting Juventus goalkeeper Chimenti in the bottom right corner.
Match ends 53% ball possession Juventus and 47% ball possession AC Siena.
Parma 1 - 0 Atalanta: In the 74th minute an assist by Parma forward Hernan Crespo with a precise pass to forward Valeri Bojinov from super close range to just head the ball and there you go the goal!
Match ends 39% ball possession Parma and 61% ball possession Atalanta.
Udinese 3 - 2 Palermo: In the 43rd minute a headed assist by Aleksander Lukovic towards Antonio Floro Flores in the left side of the box making a right footed shot blasting Palermo goalkeeper Sirigu in the bottom left corner. In the 51st minute, it is an assist by Fabrizio Miccoli finding Fabio Simplicio, who replaced Javier Pastore, in the center of the box to make a right footed shot passing Udinese defense and there you go a bam bam blasting Udinese goalkeeper Samir Handanovic in the bottom right corner. In the 65th minute Udinese tridente in action with Alexis Sanchez passing to Antonio Di Natale, and Natale serving the assist to Antonio Floro Flores to deliver his right footed shot from the center of the box blasting Palermo goalkeeper Sirigu remaining on the ground while the ball went to the center. In the 70th minute, Antonio Di Natale making the "assist man" to Kwadwo Asamoah delivering his right footed shot.... oh well.... Bologna 1 - 1 Sampdoria: Two late goals. In the 86th minute, Sampdoria opens the score with Daniele Gastaldello and just ending the match in the 90th minute, Bologna equalizing with Andrea Raggi.

Genoa 5 - 3 Cagliari: Wow, a total of 8 goals in this single match!
