 Fasten your seat belts. The race for the 2009 - 2010 Scudetto is really really becoming an interesting rollercoaster ride every week.  Really?  Yep! Distances shortening so much after FC Inter 4 consecutive draws. Yet, Inter are still the leaders with 59 points, but AC Milan following with 54 points, a mere difference of 4 points. AS Roma following their footsteps closely with 52 points. 

Palermo confirmed the 4th position by themselves after defeating Livorno and Napoli failing to defeat Bologna.  Siena despite a draw continue in the last position of the table. Palermo with 46 points, Juventus go back to the 5th position with 44 points.  The race is not over... everything is still possible in all sections: Scudetto, Champions league area, and Europa League area...

Fiorentina 1 - 2 Juventus: A super head start from Juventus opening the score in the 2nd minute. Imagine the picture... here we go..Antonio Candreva frist saw forward David Trezeguet but a bit offside so Candreva waits until Diego arrives in the area to make the pass with a through ball, Diego running to arrive to the appointment with the ball and with a left footed shot bam bam bam blasting from the left side Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey in the center. In the 32nd minute, the ex Juventino, midfielder Marco Marchionni equalizes the score for Fiorentina after an assist by Massimo Gobbi.!    Marchionni with a headed ball from the center blasting  Juventus goalkeeper Alexander Manninger.  In  the 68th minute,  assist from the center by Juventus midfielder Mohamed Sissoko towards Fabio Grosso with a left footed shot pushing the ball defeating Fiorentina goalkeeper Frey.... Grosso celebrating his goal while his teammates surround him and even Vincenzo Iaquinta from the bench jumping to join the group and celebrate with Grosso.  Way to go for Grosso.
Match  ends 55% ball possession Fiorentina and 45% ball possession Juventus
 

  AS Roma 0 - 0 AC Milan:The awaited partitissima ends  goalless. No goals but the return from injury of Roma forward Luca Toni.

Sampdoria 2 - 1 Lazio: In the 7th minute, an assist by Argentinian forward Mauro Zate to Sergio Floccari delivering a right footed shot blasting Sampdoria goalkeeper Marco Storari from the center in the bottom right corner while Storari remains on the ground. Equalizing the score is Stefano Guberti in the 29th minute. Guberti getting the assist by midfielder Angelo Palombo to make a right footed shot blasting Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Muslera in the top right corner. Putting Sampdoria back in the leadership is forward Giampaolo Pazzini in the 36th minute. Yep! Pazzo Pazzini delivering a right footed shot and assist by Franco Semioli and blast Muslera in the bottom left corner.  Oh my gosh, guys. What a revolu!  in the 77th minute, Referee Brighi sends off Lazio forward Mauro Zarate with a direct RED CARD for protesting. Zarate losing his temper after receiving a foul but not called up, he protests going toward the referee while his teammates try to calm him down. Zarate keeps protesting and leaves the pitch crying, obviously disappointed.  Previously, Referee Brighi also sending off Lazio coach Edy Reja. Mamma miaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Cagliari 2 - 2 Catania:  In the 9th minute, an awesome long range left footed shot from about 30 meters from Andrea Lazzarri blasting Catania goalkeeper  in the top left corner.  In the 30th minute, Referee grants a penalty to Catania conceded by Michele Cannini. Taking the penalty shot is Giuseppe Mascara blasting Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti with a right footed shot in the bottom left corner.  In the 35th minute, a smile for Catania after an assist by Adrian Ricchiuti finding Argentinian forward Maxi Lopez in the left side while Cagliari goalkeeper Marchetti anticipates  Lopez leaving the goal empty and without hesitating Lopez delivering the left footed shot in the bottom left corner.  In the 74th minute, an assist by Davide Biondini to Andrea Cossu making a right footed shot from the center and here really blasting Catania goalkeeper Andujar remaining on the ground tryring to save in the bottom right corner.
Match ends 49% ball possession Cagliari and 51% ball possession Catania.

Bologna 2  - 1 Napoli Bologna opens the score in the 7th minute after an assist by Antonio Busce' to Marcelo Zalayeta blasting Napoli goalkeeper with a left footed shot in the center.  A super goal from a direct free kick in the 12th minute by Bologna forward Martins Adailton passing the barrier with his left footed shot blasting Napoli goalkeeper De Sanctis in the top left corner.  Shortening the distance Napoli in the 14th minute.  An assist by forward Ezequiel Lavezzi finding defender Leandro Rinaudo to head the ball from the center defeating Bologna goalkeeper just watching the ball in the bottom left corner. Viviano not having enough time to react.
Match ends 42% ball possession Bologna and 58% ball possession Napoli.

AS Bari 1 - 0 Chievo Verona: In the 20th minute, Jose Castillo scoring his first goal of the season with AS Bari. Yep! An assist by Riccardo Allegretti to Castillo delivering a right footed shot from the center and blasting Chievo Verona goalkeeper in the bottom left corner.
Match ends 58% ball possession AS Bari and 42% ball possession Chievo Verona.

AC Siena  1 - 1 Parma: In the 34th minute, Parma taking the lead with forward Jonathan Biabiany heading the ball from the center after an assisting by Francesco Valiani blasting Siena goalkeeper in the bottom left corner.  Equalizing the score is Simone Vergassola with a right footed shot from the center blasting Parma goalkeeper in the bottom right corner after the assist by Marcelo Larriondo.

Palermo 1 - 0 AS Livorno: Palermo battling and finally seeing the goal in the 81st minute! Yep! An assist by Nicolas Bertolo to Captain Fabrizio Miccoli delivering a right footed shot to blast Livorno goalkeeper in the bottom right corner.  It's the 10th goal of the season from Miccoli.
Match ends 64% ball possession Palermo and 36% ball possession Livorno.

FC Inter 0 - 0 Genoa: Inter coach completing his 2nd match suspension after the Italian Football Federation rejected the appeal to reduce his 3 match suspension.  A goalless draw where neither of the former players could deliver their ex teams to victory. Ex Genoa forward Diego Milito and ex Inter forward David Suazo.  Milito had his chances and played all 90 minutes while Suazo  played only 53 minutes after being substituted by Bosko Jankovic. Not a brilliant match from Inter and Genoa resisting the increased pressing in the last minutes saving at least  1point.  Inter with the draw lose 2 points and gain only 1 keeping the difference with AC Milan to 4 points.
Match ends Inter 52% ball possession and 48% ball possession Genoa.
