Here are the decisions of the Sporting Judge Gianpaolo Tosel following the 16th matchday of  the Italian Serie A with 10 suspended players, fine for Cagliari and AS Bari for fans using flares. Cagliari got a fine of 15,000 euro because their fans disturbed Napoli goalkeeper with laser during the game.  Bari a 10,000 euro fine for fans using flares / fumogeni. Atalanta a fine of 6,000 euro, Catania a fine of 3,000 euro, Juventus a fine of 2,500 and Inter a fine of 2,000 euro.

Napoli forward Ezequiel Lavezzi must pay a fine of 10,000 euro after being sent off  by Referee Nicola Pierpaoli during the match against Cagliari when kicking the ball hitting Cagliari coach Massimiliano Allegri on Sunday, December 13, 2009.  Despite Lavezzi apologizing next day and explaining it was not intentional, but Sporting Judge still giving him a fine. Match ending with a draw Cagliari 3 - 3 Napoli

This is what Lavezzi said, “I was near the bench and when the ball is arrived on my feet I've kicked it like nervous action,not to hit Allegri or anybody else. My instinctive attitude has beenbred from the range of the moment, because the match was getting out ofhand and we had commanded a long time and so deserved to win. I repeatit has been an instinctive rage acion, turned to myself and to thematch trend. I didn't want to hit either Allegri or others, I am sorryfor this”

Inter also punished because Director Oriali suspended for one match and a fine of 3,000 euro for expressing not precisely nice words to the referee after the match against Atalanta.

Cagliari vice coach Marco Landucci suspended for one match and also Napoli Athletic trainer Giuseppe Pondrelli and Lazio  Andrea Rinaldi.
