Is substituting Juventus Coach Ciro Ferrara the right decision to improve the crisis?

What's happening to Juventus? Eliminated from the Champions League and falling from the second position of the Serie A to the third position and maybe risking even not finishing the season among the top 4 teams.

Here is a report from the Italian show "La Domenica Sportiva" on Sunday, December 13, 2009 asking three opinion commentators Alberto Cerrutti from La Gazzetta dello Sport,  Paolo De Paola from Tutto Sport  and Roberto Beccantini from La Stampa on whether if it is the right decision to substitute Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara?
Who is responsible for this crisis the management or coach?

Beccantini says no... Either substitute everybody or nobody

Cerrutti says no.. who will substitute him right now and bring the magic solution?

 De Paola.... Something is broken in the relation with Ferrara and the society and with the players. Maybe Ferrara losing the capacity to teach, or the society failing too.  Image of Juventus not strong right now but a confused team.

Common position is that Juventus management not supporting well Ferrara and the need of a Sporting director who really knows about football.  Your thoughts???
