Totti also announced he signed an extension of his contract for 5 years.  Surprisingly, Totti also decided to comment on his possible return to the Italian National Football team, at 33 years old, "Everybody is talking about my return to the National team for the World Cup, but at the end I will decide along Lippi. I am glad that Lippi talks well about me. I have always had and continue having a good relation with him, especially outside the field. The 'veterani have asked me to return. March or April will be decisive to see how I am doing."  

Totti also mentioned that his goal is to score 200 goals this season right now he has scored 187 goals in the Serie A.
