In the 50th minute, Referee Damato rules out a goal from Inter defender Walter Samuel, although Samuel celebrated but suddenly "no more celebraion" when Damato rules out for a foul on Dainelli.
In the 84th minute Referee Damato gives a penalty to Inter after Fiorentina defender Gianluca Comotto commits a foul on Diego Milito in the penalty area and gets a red card too. Taking the penalty spot is Milito himself converting with a right footed shot blasting Fiorentina goalkeeper Sebastien Frey in the bottom right corner.
