It's the time for AC Milan to take control of their destiny and reconquer their favorite scenario "The Champions League."  Milan started the season with the wrong and finally seem to have found the right path non only in the Serie A, but also in the Champions League.


It's showime in San Siro.... get ready because a victory will qualify AC Milan to the final round of 16. 

Here is the official starting eleven formation for AC MILAN  by coach Leonardo:

Wow, guys, Leonardo at the end chose forward Marco Borriello insead of Filippo Inzaghi to be in the starting lineup. It was the only doubt of the match, so Inzaghi will start from the bench.
King Inzaghi who is about to break another European record is certainly ready to give his best.

Here we go first corner in the 3rd minute for Milan conceded by Laurent Bonnart, and Pirlo taking the spot... oh come on we missed this one guys...

Immediately Marseille getting a corner too in the 4th minute conceded by Massimo Oddo.  Fabrice Abriel  finding Brandao heaing the ball from the center and wow, guys missing the target to the right.  

Milan now counterattacks... and guys, I can hear all the roaring from Milan fans in San Siro..  come on Milannnn
 

wow, wow, wow.. here there is first chance to open the score in the 6th minute with defender Gianluca Zambrotta!!!!!!!   Guys, following the corner with the assist by Ronaldinho who seems very alert o Zambrotta and a right footed shot  but goes too wide to the right...

Say what!!!! Yes, yes, yes, yes... oh my gosh, let me jump while typing this note because there is a GOOOOALLLLLLLL big time from forward Marco Borriellooooo  Excellent start with assist by young Pato finding Borriello  in the right side running to  dribble and make the best to deliver a left footed shot to blast Olympique Marseille goalkeeper in the bottom right corner.  Gee, awesome, the goalkeeper tries to anticipate the ball but it was a missile and bam bam bam..... Borriello now runs to celebrate the goal!  ROCK ON!

Oh my, my, my!!! Short party.... NOO, NOOOO, NOOOOO  Marseille equalizing!!!  In the 16th minute, guys Massimo Oddo fails to  tackle Niang  and slips then it comes Alessandro Nesta and also can't stop him,  Dida anticipating and falling while deflecting and Lucho Gonzalez in the right spot to blast the net in the lower right corner and bam bam bam knock knock anybody home......   wake up Milan.

MILAN-MARSIGLIA: LEONARDO IN PANCHINA

In the 24th minute, saved by Dida!!!!  Marseille gaining confidence and uffaaa Edouard Cisse making an assist  for Mamadou challenging the rossoneri with a right footed shot and there you see Dida not giving up but saving in the top left corner while Milan fans keep encouraging the squad.

In the 25th minute a solo run by Marco Borriello towards the center after an assist by Thiago Silva while Marseille goalkeeper Mamanda anticipates and slips and match delay.. seems he is injured but also there is Oddo on the ground with cramps?? or what???  oh oh spaghetti oh.... seems he won' be able to continue????   Mamanda now gets up and  ready to keep playing.

Oh no, guys, there is indeed the first forced substitution for AC Milan in the 28th minute.  Massimo Oddo cannot continue and time for midfielder Ignazio Abate...

Corner for Milan

Uffaaa not possible... gee. Referee Webb gives a yellow card to AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini for a foul on Lucho Gonzalez.

In the 33rd minute, Marseille creating more dangers and where is Milan defense??? uffa  thanks God it was not a dangerous ball because Dida saves...
 

In the 35th minute, close up from Seedorf suffering a foul by Cissee and encouraging his teammates and Milan must wake up while I  put another bag of popcorn in the microwave.... 

Oh noooo guys, in teh 38th minute Pato missing a chance to unblock the draw after an assist by Thiago Silva but his right footed shot is too high. Pato cannot believe it either and laments

Oh oh spaghetti oh. guys, Ambrosini beter watch out because he cant get another yellow card....  hum..  Brandao commits the foul....

In the 42nd second it is offside from Mamadou Niang after an assist by Lucho Gonzalez...  the linesman showing the flag....

In the 43rd minute, Ronaldinho makig a long range assist and  Gianluca Zambrota was found offside....

Four extra minute guys......

Last attempt   a long range  shot from the left side  fro Ronaldinho to Pato  found offside again... and right now is desperation from Milan.... 

 Agonizing last minutes.... Lucho Gonzales slipping and Milan takes control again...    Lucho again.... making a long range assist but Ambrosini clearing.. Pato to Ronaldinho now runing from the left hand side and gets a corner in stoppage time... close up from Leonardo.     Ronaldinho taking the  corner   and  Thiago Silva battling with goalkeeper Mamanda to get the ball making a right footed shot but misses  the target hitting the right post!!!!!!

That's it for the first half , Referee Webb whistles the end of the first half with 48% ball possession for Milan and 52% ball possession for Marseille.

In the meantime, Bordeaux - Juventus first half ends with 0-0 having  53% ball possession Bordeaux and 47% ball possession Juventus.

Half time guys, take a break and bring some snacks....

Back in the battle guys....  Second half starts now....

In the 47th minute, first chance for Marseille to create danger with Benoit Cheyrou though missing the target to the right after a left footed shot....

MILAN-O. MARSIGLIA: PIRLO IN AZIONE

Uffaaaa in the 48th minute, now Andrea Pirlo commits a foul on Lucho Gonzalez.....   and free kick

Ok, now, a free kick for Milan....   Ronaldinho taking the free kick, close up from his face,,, Leonardo  close up and Referee Webb making sure the wall is ok... Ronaldinho keeps waiting while the referee checks for the second time the wall.. ok, Ronaldinho starts the run but it is Andrea Pirlo to finally shoot the free kick and is corner now for Milan.

In the 50th minute, Seedorf taking the corner and an assist to Pato who outjumps but not reaching the ball to head the ball.

Ignazio Abate commits a dumb foul in the 52nd minute... guys and free kick for Marseille from the left side....   Cheydrou misses the ball and wasted chance for Marseille...

Oh my gosh.. guys... no!  oh well, Referee Webb gives a yellow card to Marco Borriello in the 59th minute for diving pretending to be a penalty.. but no chance....

MILAN-MARSIGLIA: SEEDORF IN AZIONE

Uffaaa guys, in the 61st minue an assist by Ronaldinho and Borriello  missing the target to the right... uffaaa come on Milan..

In the 63rd minute, Milan again with another chance  but Mandana saves ...  Pato is battling but not finding the final touch yet.  Assist from Zambrotta...

In the 65th minute, Ambrosini commits a foul and corner for Marseille...

In the 66th minute, Taye commits a foul on Pato bringing him down....

oh my gosh Andrea Pirlo long range right footed assist to Pato and  slipping  while passing   in the area Seedorf though missing his shot but clear attempt to score from Milan guys...  come on keep rooting for the rossoneri.

In the 71st minute, corner for Milan....   Ronaldinho takes the corner and Marseile goalkeeper punches the ball away....

In the  74th minute Brandao commits a foul on Alessandro Nesta.. free kick and I am losing my patience.....  come on Milannn wake up...

In the 81st minute oh my gosh... Ronaldinho making a beautiful assist to Marco Borriello  with a clear chance to score and he misses.. he cannot believe it!!! all in front of the goal and missing to the left!!!!!

Ronaldinho is rocking big time making good assist but guys the final touch not  working... this time assist to Pato also alone and missing....  corner for Milan....  Seedorf takes the corner and clear... 

In the 85h minute, Marseille making a substitution

Oh my gosh in a corner for Marseille and Diawarra hits the left post   5 more minutes guyssss

Final minutes and Morrientes with a chance to  score in the 86th minute when Abate clears....

 Thiago Silva clearing the danger in the 87th minute.... Milan counterattacks now...   Seedor to Boriello to Pato and now back to Boriello and Marseille clearing the danger  in the 88th minue....    counter attack....

Pirlo making a foul , free kick for Marseille..  Seeford clears Kone  now missing the target  

Uffaaa guys, in the 90th minute, a sandwich clash among Alessandro Nesta, Brandao and Dida...   Nesta jumping to deviate the ball but also Dida anticipates jumping and so Brandao all three on the ground... match continues.... 

Wow, guys, you can tell how much Marseille wants to win too when Gabriel Heinze insists on taking the ball from the hands of Dida after saving and the referee warming him...  oh welll... now match is over.......    ending with 1-1 and now the final qualification will be in the last match......
