Adriano Galliani and coach Leonardo are definitely satisfied with thevictory of Milan against Cagliari.  Yet, I agree with Galliani andLeonardo that despite the victory it came with a lot of suffering!  So,let me grab my cup of coffee to share with you the declarations fromGalliani and Leonardo... pass the bagels, please.

I am happy too, especially after watching La Domenica Sportiva and all the comments about the game, pro and cons.  Wow, special guests was our young ex AC Milan forward Alessandro Matri who happens to be playing for Cagliari now and scoring even a goal against Milan on Sundayin the Italian Serie A Week 13 match AC Milan 4 - 3 Cagliari. 

It's time now to prepare for the UEFA Champions League Group StageMatchday 5 against Olympique Marseille and then the Serie A Week 14match against  Catania. First thing to improve is the defense, guys. Right now, the attacks seems rocking alla Braziliana....

By the way, guys, LA Galaxy lost the MLS Cup championship to Real Salt Lake and Galaxy midfielder David Beckham ready to return to AC Milan in January... so it is looking as a brighter future... oh well, I wanted LA Galaxy to win with our rossonero Beckham...


MILAN – These are the declarations of the Rossoneri’s general manager Adriano Galliani, at the end of  the match.




Galliani said, “I admit that when the score was 4-3, I went out and did not watch any of the game any more...Today the emotions were really a lot. There were some defensive mistakes, but I especially saw a great attack. We know it: we create a lot, but we also allow a lot of chances to the others. This team can hurt your heart and head, but it surely entertains: for this reason the fans must return to San Siro! Now let’s enjoy this nice league position and we wait for Marseille.

“I must say that the entire attacking trio is doing miracles, but today a special praise for Borriello who was great. Also a praise for Ronaldinho and also great merit to this class of young coaches, who Allegri is part of, who make their teams play Any formation comes to play very offensively, and for this reason sometimes the league games resemble the Champions League.

“Dida is a great goalkeeper, we always knew it. Surely, in the past had some physical problem, but in general he did very well. In the years passed at Milan, he will be remembered as a great one.

“I saw a lot of work by Leonardo and his staff on the set-pieces. Pato’s goal was spectacular, very good also Ronaldinho for the entire game and especially for the first 15 minutes of the second half. “We found it a bit difficult to run away at the right moment, to read the situations and we have made some mistakes, like the goal which arrived from an outball. We must still work the search for perfection is a continuous process. “We improve a lot also from set-pieces. Good, because these are situations in which many cases can save you or make you win when you are not playing well.”
