Is Zenga being sacked? Palermo training on Monday CANCELLED by president Maurizio Zamparini....

wow, guys, I don't know whether to say good morning or not to our fellows fans of Palermo. Why? Are you kidding !!! No, I am not kidding. I am watching the Italian show LA DOMENICA SPORTIVA and following up the news on the possible sacking from Palermo coach Walter Zenga as mentioned in different Italian media, including Il Corriere dello Sport, La giostra del gol, La Gazzetta dello Sport and so on....
It seems that the draw in the SICILIAN Derby did not have positive effects.....

Zenga declared that Zamparini called him expressing his disappointment for the result and they were going to talk, evaluate the result.
Rumors replacing Zenga include Delio Rossi and maybe the return of coach Arrigoni.
Just to add fire, which I really don't like because I rather see Zenga continue at least until the end of the first part of the Season to see whether the squad improve or not. Is not that there are many available coaches with a magic touch to do well in Palermo.
I think it was a mistake to let go in the first place coach Davide Ballardini when he break records with Palermo and conquering a good position. Sure, right now Ballardini not having a good season with Lazio for all the internal management problems... but he managed the dressing room in Palermo and players were united supporting him.
Do you guys remember when Miccoli scored a goal and immediately went to embrace Ballardini to publicly show his support when Zamparini was creating the final sacking process?
Almost a similar situation going on now and I went directly to Palermo official website to see "what's really going on." So here it is... Zamparini canceled the scheduled Monday morning training announced earlier at 19:20 at the "Tenente Onorato" di Boccadifalco. Four hours later, there is the contradicting affirmation at 23:20 announcing the CANCELATION of the training until TUESDAY, November 24, 2009. I am adding the links too.22.11.2009 - 23.20

What's going on.. no more smiling between Zamparini and Zenga????
Bottom line guys, something is not clicking in Palermo management..... at this point for time difference I will leave this space open for SMOKEY 66 who is in Palermo and update us on the latest news from this ZENGA - ZAMPARINI saga......
By the way, it is better to fix this situation immediately because Palermo must prepare the match against Chievo Verona for the Italian Serie A Week 14 on Sunday, November 29, 2009 in the Bentegodi stadium.
