I was glad to see a NIKE soccer boot in honor of the great AC Milan captain, Italy player Paolo Maldini !!! Just in time for the holidays!

NIKE released Nike Tiempo 94 Men's Soccer Cleat to celebrate both the heritage of  TIEMPO boots and Paolo Maldini. It's black with the NIKE swoosh in white and the word NIKE in the back.

The boot design looks old fashioned compared to the current NIKE Mercurial boots. For this limited-edition and limited release version, NIKE updated the NIKE Tiempo 94 wiith a lighter, tougher cleat making it 30 grams lighter than the original. The number  "94" in NIKE Tiempo 94  is because Paolo Maldini first wore them in the USA 1994 FIFA world cup!

It's a special boot because only 5,000 pairs are available worldwide through select retailers!
