Hello guys, just a day before the friendly game against Sweden and the mood in the Italian National team is all about smiles, jokes, getting along, and let's have fun.  Yep!  With all the turmoil about Cassano and yesterday's declarations from Sampdoria forward Giampaolo Pazzini about not feeling in competition with Amauri because he is not Italian, Lippi set those two issues aside.  No more talking about Cassano and Amauri but concentrating on the team, on those who are playing right now which is the best position. Don't you think?  I DO.

Imagine that Italy Head Coach Marcello Lippi was so fed up with all the Cassano - Amauri that he was super brief during the press conference.  As reported by the Italian newspaper, Lippi  making his entrance, sit down and talked not only 5 minutes!!!!!  Yep,  it is one of the briefest press conference ....    Lippi said, " I don't think there is much to say.  I don't want to talk about Amauri, or Cassano, or about Lippi returning to Juventus  or all these "cavolate". We can talk only for 3 minutes about Italy - Sweden, if you want." 

wow, bam!  Lippi ended his less than 5 minutes conference saying that we already know the formation for tomorrow and that there will be  few changes in the second half.  The match against Sweden is important to understand where we stand."

Italy and Parma midfielder Daniele Galloppa's statement also having his point on the possible called up from Amauri. "Amauri is a great footballer, but if he is called up it could start a chain reaction."  wow, wow, wow, here are his words on the Cassano issue. "It's been too much and if a player with such an evident talent is not called up is only his fault."  BAMMMMMMMMMMMMM your thoughts guys???
