A bad start for the AZZURRINI. The Italian Under 21 losing against Wales the 2011 UEFA Qualifying Round European Under -21 Championship.
Despite the goal by Italy forward Alberto Paloschi to equalize the score, Wales defeats the Azzurrini.
Paloschi scores in the 23rd minute after an assist by Antonino Barilla to head the ball blasting Wales goalkeeper Maxwell. Yet, it was not enough.... Aaron Ramsey delivers the winning goal for Wales in the 68th minute. The next game is on September 8, 2009 against Luxembourg in Italy.
