Friday, September 4 - Italian National Team Training in TIBLISI for the 2010 World Cup Qualifier match GEORGIA - ITALY on Saturday, September 5
Well, this is it guys. After the Italian National team finished their training at the Boris Paichadeze Stadium on the eve of their 2010 World Cup Qualifying match GEORGIA - ITALY, it seems Italy Head Coach Marcello cleared all his doubts. Yep!
Here is the probable formation based on the last trainings:
Italy (4-4-2): Gigi Buffon, Gianluca Zambrotta, Fabio Cannavaro, Giorgio Chiellini, Domenico Criscito, Marchionni, Mauro Camoranesi, Andrea Pirlo, Angelo Palombo, Vincenzo Iaquinta and Giuseppe Rossi.
Friday, September 4, 2009 Italian National Team training
- Italian National Team starts training at 20:00 with a warm up.
- Around 200 Georgia fans welcomed the Italian National team during the trainings. The Azzurri giving autographs, taking photos.
- Among the most applauded players Italy and Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro and AC Milan midfielder Andrea Pirlo.
- Marchicio trained separately doing some running.
- Training ended with a practice match game ten against ten.
Regarding the 2 Italian Serie A Players called up by GEORGIA coach Hector Cuper AC Milan defender Kakha Kaladze and Palermo forward Levan Mchedlidze, only Kaladze will play. Mchedlidze is injured.
It seems Lippi and Italy goalkeeper Gigi Buffon have everything clear and now it is only a matter to play and win the game. FORZA!!!!
