Italia, SHAME out of Confederations Cup! Transfer market Berlusconi Good Bye to PIRLO; Moratti say 50% for Ibra and Maicon, Grosso to Juventus' Acquafresca maybe in Lazio; Fiorentina, Parma more transfers

By Anna Italia

Guys, I usually start the "Coffee morning readings" with a good morning or buon giorno, but today I really cannot say it is a "good morning" but A TERRIBLE MORNING!  Why?  Am I going insane or what?  No. guys, I am not insane but so disappointed with the elimination of Italy National team from the 2009 Confederations Cup and all the rumors going on with the transfer market.

WorldticketshopI prepare my cappuccino as usual to read the Italian newspapers and report to you in English what some of the media is talking about.

CONFEDERATIONS CUP

Headline: "ITALIA, SHAME!!!
Confederations Cup Brazil (3-0)
We just needed a gol to be promoted: USA passes ....

Anna Italia Opinion I totally agree with the headline "SHAME"!!!!  I felt so bad and disappointed with the way Italy played.  A big slap to Italy not able to score a single gol and conceding 3 gols in less than 8 minutes!  YEP!  Can you believe it??????    I STILL CAN'T..... though it is the crude reality.

I might say that Italy who just needed one gol to qualify to the semifinals DID NOT DESERVE IT because never showed such a display of GREAT FOOTBALL worth of reigining World Cup Champions.   Don't take me wrong guys, I LOVE MY ITALY, I LOVE MY AZZURRI.  but the way they played against Egypt and Brazil... it is only worth to be CRYING OF SHAMEEEE  don't tell me these are the champions????

I will say that so far SPAIN is the one showing how to really play football .. amazing, not losing in 35 games!!!!!  Not only that, but Spain shows speed, entertainment, techniques and most of all GOLS!!!!!!!

I was disappointed with Lippi's declarations that Italy lost because we were out of conditions. Not physically fit.  So, WHY IN THE WORLD DID HE CALL UNFIT PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!  To make this FIGURACCIA?????  What is the difference from what we saw with ex Italy coach Roberto Donadoni and eliminated in the EURO 2008?  Tell me... are not we shamefully humiliated and eliminated also from the Confederations Cup????

What's going on with Lippi's vision?

Why Italy has become the laughing stock lately showing how they barely manage to win or draw instead of showing CONSISTENCY and winning as CURRENT REIGNING WORLD CHAMPIONS?   Guys, come on... let's face it... Have you seen Spain's games and Italy's games?  Be honest and tell me who is playing better?

Do I believe Italy  can change?  YES, but it is up to Marcello Lippi TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE  and leave personal preferences aside to choose PLAYERS WHO ARE REALLY FIT to wear the Azzurri jersey.  It's time for Italy to start playing as champions...  just embarrassing how even losing in Africa when in 15 years never before losing to an African team, yet, losing against EGYPT who by the way also eliminated after USA beat them with a goleada of 3 gols!!!!!  Where is the logic when Italy beat USA?

USA, in my opinion made more merits to earn their spot in the semifinal having been the underdogs with 0 points!!!!!!!  oh my gosh..  I better stop typing and count from 1 to 10 to calm down.  I AM SO MAD!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED to hear excuses after excuses from Lippi and players on why WE KEEP LOSING SO BAD....  how about you?

AC MILAN transfer Market

Headline
: Berlusconi: Good bye Pirlo. Owner of Milan freezes the fans "I wanted to keep him, but I have seen my account."

Anna Italia Opinion:  Oh my gosh... guys, I just want to throw up... "mi viene voglia di vomitare," this is the right expression on how I feel with the declarations from AC Milan Owner Silvio Berlusconi regarding "getting rid of Pirlo, now no longer untouchable."

According to the article, Berlusconi commented with some AC Milan fans yesterday Sunday, June 21, 2009 who were waiting for him that "Milan is a great team.  We could have won even this season, but we lost because we  had a wrong way to play the games. I was the first one to say it. We conceded so many gols in the last minutes. It is necessary to learn that in the last minutes we could not lose ball possession."

Here is the BOMBSHELL... when Berlusconi admitted that he is aware that there are players in Milan having 32 years.. wow?? really??? hellooooo that was obvious!!!!   Where I was disgusted is when he talked about Pirlo saying "Iwas the first one to say to keep him, but after I saw the financial balance (i conti).  BAM!!!!! that was a cold shower... it means that Andrea Pirlo  is no longer "one of the untouchables."  HUM??? Actually, that "untouchable" concept disappeared after Berlusconi PUT THE FOR SALE sign on KAKA....  don't you think?

I feel so bad because now Berlusconi is becoming just like the REST .... no longer living by his motto "of not selling the symbols but keeping the family united."

So, guys, at this point, if CHELSEA wants to sign Andrea Pirlo to please ex AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti, I will be the first one to help Pirlo because he is a top midfielder and deserves to be respected as an AC Milan symbol. If Berlusconi does not see him anymore as a key player, then, why Pirlo should stay?  PIRLOOOOOOO  be brave and think carefully because things are changing so fast with Milan management.  I WILL ALWAYS SEE YOU AS A ROSSONEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Berlusconi commented that PATO is great and will have a stupendous career in Milan.  Also, Berlusconi is pronosticating that Ronaldinho will have a great season this year.   well, guys... at this point it will be a TOTAL SLAP if the whole NEW REBUILDING of Berlusconi's Milan collapse before even the end of the season.    I hope Milan really make it....

FC Inter  transfer market

Headline: Moratti  salutes Ibra and Maicon. Inter president: They remain 50%. If they want to leave they can go."

Hello, hello, here is a total suprise with the declarations from Moratti who must be fed up with the ongoing declarations of Ibrahimovic that he already won everything in Italy and wants maybe new experiences.

It is no secret that Ibrahimovic remained frustrated after Inter did not even reach the Semifinal of the UEFA Champions League.  Ibra wants, dream to win the Champions League trophy and most likely he is looking for a team "competitive enough" to make his dream come true.  Wow..... so Moratti after saying that Ibra was staying, drastically lowers the percentage about his stay and even say IBRA AND MAICON can leave if they want to... BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM  wow!!!!

Here is the possible solution in case Ibra leaves according to the article... Samuel Eto'o, Carlos Tevez, or Benzema....   Hum????
Reportedly, if Ibra goes to Real Madrid, Snejider  and other players along millions euros will go to Inter.  Inter estimates to get 40 million euros to reinvest the market.

FC Juventus transfer market

Headline: Grosso, ready for Juventus. So much going on with Juve transfer market especially in the defense with the almost possible signing from Olympique Lyon defender Fabio Grosso.  It seems Lyon will sign Andre' Santos from Corinthians, meaning that the negotiations for Grosso to join Juventus can go ahead for a happy ending....  we will see... Supposedly, Grosso's manager  Bozzo will be in Lyon.  Not sure what will happen with Domenico Criscito currently playing for Genoa on co-ownership with Juve.

LAZIO " Cagliari forward Robert Acquafresca says that Lazio would be a good choice."  If you ask me, I rather see Acquafresca with Cagliari to continue growing and improving his technique by having more playing time than what he might have in Lazio.... don't you think?

Talking about Lazio and NAPOLI wants to sign Lazio forward Goran Pandev!  The top priority!   You bet I think he will be a top shot for Napoli.

Lazio still has to solve the situation with Argentinian goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo whether to keep him or not.   Carrizo is not happy at all to be relegated as a sub when he started the season as the first goalkeeper until "losing his position."  If Carrizo wants to be considered a possible called up player in Argentina National team, he must be playing consistently not warming up the bench.  So, some kind of negotiations still going on... if things won't change, best thing for Carrizo is to look for another club.

Fiorentina transfer market

A del is close  to sign Drenthe.

Parma transfer market

Cordoba said yes to Parma.
