Oh my gosh guys. in the 6th minute a scary moment when in a counterattack Brazil having a clear chance to score with Luis Fabiano and hte ball hit the post. Oh my gosh, I almost fainted and you bet Luis Fabiano could not believe his luck.
Italy is playing well, they are pressing and we already had 2 corners.
Great save by Gigi Buffon in the 15th minute when anticipating a clear goal ball. An assist by Kaka to Luis Fabiano who makes a super run and is all lone in front of Buffon, but Gigi get the ball first.

Luca has not recovered his shape since EURO 2008. Guys, here is where I question the called up of Luca Toni and not Alessandro Del Piero who was in better shape and even Sampdoria forward Giampaolo Pazzini or the rebel boy Antonio Cassano.
USA is beating Egypt 3-0.... Dempsey scoring the 3rd goal in the 71st minute. Incredible!!!! FORZA USA. Italy now has to start scoring, COME ON ITALIA!!!!.
What a nightmare, Italia playing so bad and neither the defense or forwards making a difference. It's a shame to see this ITALY not even Lippi could change the sloppy performance from the World Cup. No change at all with what Roberto Donadoni accomplished. Truth is obvious, guys, like it or not, the one really playing like "world cup champions" is SPAIN... not losing in 35 games and playing plus winning in style... consistently. Brazil and USA are qualifying... Italy eliminated..... They need to react. It is samba time so far...

I am adding it in this post because Italy, Egypt, and USA were fighting for a spot to the semifinal and boy what a surprise when the table change with every goal. I am happy for USA but sad for Italy. Yet, guys, let's face it. Italy did not deserve to win playing SO BADLY!!!! It hurts me to say it, but that's the plain truth. Brazil did their homework and SLAPPED our italy in the face.... and USA who almost nobody believe they could beat Egypt with a goleada DID THE MIRACLE... so this is why I am happy for USA.. "GO USA, GO USA, GO USA." I am so happyyyyyyyyy for my LANDON DONOVAN!!!!! Also for Michael Bradley scoring in the 63rd minute because it is provign that he is in the national team for his own merits and not because he is the son of the coach. BRAVO MICHAEL.
A lesson to learn for my beloved Italy.... matches are earned in the pitch by playing well and talking in the pitch not in the media. HOW IT HURTS... but that's the truth.... maybe a lesson to learn from SPAIN playing consistently well and not losing a match in 35 games, WOW! Lippi wake up and smell the coffee!!!! TIME TO REDESIGN this Italy and for heaven sake is the 4-3-3 formation is not working, BE BRAVE AND CHANGE IT.
