Oh my gosh, guys, I am mentally preparing to see the last match from my capitano AC Milan defender Paolo Maldini.  wow, it will be so emotional, difficult...

Guys, just seeing the images on RAI ITALIA with the attention on Maldini, melts my heart.  Both teams getting ready to make their entrance.  Wow, guys, the face of Maldini is all smiles.

Can you imagine the joy of Maldini watching how not only AC Milan fans welcome him, but also Fiorentina fans!  Just outstanding!

FIORENTINA-MILAN: L'ULTIMA DI MALDINI

Milssion accomplished for AC Milan!!!!  Milan getting the 3 points and saying "Thank You" to beloved Captain Paolo Maldini.

Fiorentina failed to win in front of their fans. Yet, the great gesture from all 11 Fiorentina players before the end of the match to join the 11 Milanisti to say Good Bye to Maldini was O U T S T A N D I N G.

All players united embracing Maldini and guys, the face of Maldini was all joy!   I was crying seeing him as a happy boy while receiving the acknowledgment of his teammates and opponents.  I was like hypotized in front of the TV waving good bye to Maldini and watching the images from his wife and shildren saluting him too. What an emotional moment. THAT'S MY CAPITANO MALDINIIIIII

I am so happy Maldini retires with a victory just as he deserves. Bravo Maldini.

Also, it is the last game from AC Milan midfielder David Beckham who is returning to Los Angeles to play with L.A. Galaxy.

Here is the official starting eleven formation for FIORENTINA by Coach Cesare Prandelli:

FIORENTINA: Sebastien Frey; Comotto, Alessandro Gamberini, Zauri, Pasqual; Donadel, Montolivo; Semioli, Jovetic, Vargas; Alberto Gilardino.

AC MILAN
Dida; Gianluca Zambrotta, Paolo Maldini, Giuseppe Favalli, Marek Jankulovski; David Beckham, Andrea Pirlo,  Mathieu Flamini, Clarence Seedorf; Kakà, Filippo Inzaghi.

Hey guys, Ancelotti finally decided for Inzaghi instead of Pato and Beckham instead fo Gattuso.  Maldini is in the starting lineup, hip hip hurrah!

Wow, guys, ex AC Milan forward Alberto Gilardino in the starting line up for Fiorentina.. so it is a battle.

Super Pippo Inzaghi practically must be hold to stop him from scoring.  Inzaghi keeping busy Fiorentina's defense.   It is just amazing to see Inzaghi  with  his over 30 years running like a young kid and younger defenders struggling to dominate him.

FIORENTINA-MILAN: INZAGHI IN AZIONE

AC Milan midfielder and Sleepy Prince Andrea Pirlo creating goal opportunities for Kaka and Inzahgi.

FIORENTINA-MILAN: PIRLO PORTA PALLA

Awesome guys, here is AC Milan forward Clarence Seedorf battling to get the victory for his buddy Maldini. Forza Seedorf.

FIORENTINA-MILAN: SEEDORF TRA DUE DIFENSORI

Way to go for Fiorentina midfielder Juan Manuel "EL LOCO" Vargas in a fierce battle with Milan midfielder David Beckham. . Guys, it was not an easy match.  The drive to win was a key ingredient and among the Viola, Vargas battled constantly until he was substituted in the 51st minute by Massimo Gobbi.

FIORENTINA-MILAN: IL ROCCIOSO BECKHAM

Musica and Magia KAKA.. oh my gosh guys... I don't know how can Kaka resists so many fouls!!!!

FIORENTINA-MILAN: FALLO SU KAKA'

Hey, hey, hey... look who is back in town!!!!  YEP!  It is AC Milan defender Alessandro Nesta PO PO PO PO.  Guys, Nesta after his back injury returning to play in the last game of Maldini.  Coach Carlo Ancelotti substitutes in teh 77th minute Giuseppe Favalli and bring Nesta getting an outstanding ovation from Fiorentina and Milan fans.   I am so happy for Nesta!!!!!

FIORENTINA-MILAN: IL RITORNO IN CAMPO DI NESTA

AC Milan 08/09 GATTUSO Home Soccer Jersey

In the 81st minute, it is the time for MIlan roaring lion GENNARO GATTUSO!!!!!!

Ancelotti decides to substitute David Beckham bringing back Gattuso.  Wow, awesome for  Beckham. It is his last farewell or "until see you soon" saluting all the fans.  Beckham returns to Los Angeles and leave a positive mark in the heart of AC Milan fans.

 FIORENTINA-MILAN: GATTUSO SI SCALDA
