I am adding here some of the videos about the last match in San Siro of living legend AC Milan Captain and Defender Paolo Maldini on May 24, 2009 during the Italian Serie A Week 37 match AC Milan 2 - 3 AS Roma I love and thank AS Roma management for the great idea to honor Paolo Maldini with the players wearing the shirt "Grazie Paolo, grande capitano" Thanks! Here is one of my best moments... the last embrace between two great Italian footballers icon AS Roma captain Francesco Totti and AC Milan Captain Paolo Maldini before the match.
Guys, the Maldini Day ruined by the defeat and the few abuses towards Paolo Maldini were 'shameful'. I agree with the Italian Football Federation President Giancarlo Abete saying "The Rossoneri's captain deserves respect for what he has represented and represents. It's something that escapes any logic and understanding. The FIGC is thinking about celebrating him with a non-competitive match."
I applaud these words and this is why I am highlighting the great moments of Maldini. For me, guys, Maldini is the proud face of AC MILAN. Maldini is the true definition of "a loyal club footballer." Playing only for AC Milan and loving the team in the good and bad moments. Thanks Maldini, I personally feel so proud to be an AC Milan fan especially because of you.

They met in a discotheque introduced by common friends. Adriana says that Maldini mentally is not ready to retire from football because he still feel the joy of playing. Though, Maldini retires now at 41 years old looking not to have a problematic season when becoming elder. Adriana says that Maldini had a better season with coach Fabio Capello than with Sacchi because he was less stressful.
One of the moments that she resents is that Paolo Maldini never won the Golden Ball. Adriana talks about the experience of Maldini being a player of the Italian National team when the coach was his father Cesare Maldini and how to call him "Dad or Mr." Also talking about the experience in the World Cup under Trapattoni and his retirement from the National team.
