One more game after this week and it's over!   We already know that FC Inter won the Scudetto and no pressure on winning their remaining two games.  So, get your snacks, lunch, dinner and let's cheer for our favorite teams and players.  Get ready and start waving your flags.

The only anticipo game played on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 was Lazio 1 - 0 Reggina. Goal by Lazio forward Mauro Zarate in the 26th minute. Ouch, guys, Reggina might as well have their suitcases ready for relegation because only a miracle can save them.  

Hey, guys, crucial matches to follow are the following:

AC Milan - AS Roma.  A sad  goodbye of Captain Paolo Maldini to his fans in San Siro with the defeat of the rossoneri.  I am mad, super mad with the rossoneri for not winning this game not much for the direct qualification to the UEFA Champions League, but for our capitano Maldini!.     Roma battling for a spot in the UEFA Cup.  Good to see at the end of the game the friendly and respectufl embrace between the 2 captains: Maldini and Francesco Totti. 

Atalanta - Palermo.  A draw which practically leaves out Palermo from the Uefa Cup.

Lecce - Fiorentina. Fiorentina equalizes the score and now are back in the UEFA Champions League!   Bad news is for Palermo that the combination of the defeat of Milan  and this draw definitely eliminated them for the UEFA Cup because Roma keeps the 6th position.

AC Siena - FC Juventus.  A super match by Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero scoring 2 goals and making 1 assist!   wow, awesome for Del Piero.  Guys, it is the debut of FC Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara and with a victory!   A convincing victory!  Juventus now have the same points with AC Milan, 71 points each. 

Shocking surprise for Mourinho!  Cagliari beating the new champions!   wow, guys, this was a result not pleasing at all Mourinho.  Ironically, it is Cagliari forward Robert Acquafresca to deliver the winning goal... Acquafresca who is in co-ownership with FC Inter. 

Another shocking result is the defeat of Napoli still not able to recover.  Catania showing a tough lesson to Napoli coach Roberto Donadoni by defeating them 3-1!  ouch!  A M A Z I N G!!!

In the battle for survival... too bad guys but Reggina and Lecce are already packing their suitcases heading to the Serie B.
