This is the first photo of Adriano published after he left the Brazilian National team after the 2010 Qualifier match of  BRAZIL 3 - 0 PERU. Here he is leaving his mother's house  in Barra da Tijuca located in the West part of Rio de Janeiro with 2 friends.

Rio de Janeiro, April 7, 2009 -  Guys, it is so sad to even write this post, I hesitate to do so because I don't like to see this type of role model in our football. Yet, I have to write about it because it is reality.  Having said that, the article in GLOBO described a sad scenario of Adriano.

It's been years since Adriano struggles not only with alcohol, womanizing, and bad company, but many years promising to change only to go back to his old lifestyle leading to problems. Adriano supposedly now is depressed because his ex girlfriend Joana Machado, a 28-year old personal trainer, broke up with him after finding out his "hidden party."

You bet, Machado was totally upset.  She said on the newspaper "O Dia,"  "When I found out about the party with prostitutes and trans that Adriano did in the new house, which I did not even know, I said enough was enough. Adriano is completely lost, he must find his way out to get back on track but I don't have the strength to do so.  He is a big 27 years old child, and I already have 2 children to raise."

THE BREAKUP - Adriano's ex girlfriend, continue saying that Adriano "had everything to be happy.  He is rich, has a nice family, but he feels normal only when he is in the FAVELA  in Vila Cruzeiro (his neighborhood), where he goes around barefoot, where he like to play with the "aquilone" with the kids and where he is not the emperor." The town is located  in the northern part of Rio de Janeiro... not having the presence of paparazzi.

THE FUTURE: - Wow guys, the rumors about Adriano's future are not encouraging.  According to the Brazilian newspaper LANCE, Adraino told Brazil Head Coach Dunga about his intention to close with football.  In other words, Adriano did not want to continue playing professional football. Supposedly, Adriano told this to Dunga after the 2010 World Cup Qualifier match BRAZIL 3 - 0 PERU .  Reportedly, Dunga persudaded Adriano to  think  it over.  Though, guys, I doubt Adriano will be called up for the National team again having such behavior.

It's so sad because many other footballers await for the chance to be called up and training hard while Adriano wastes his chances.

BOSS AND NARCOTRAFFIC - oops, guys, here is a super delicate section.  Reportedly, Adriani has connections  with   people connected to the narco.   Uffa.. making matters worse, even the  Police of Rio de Janeiro confirms this  fact.  Adriano has been in the favella  at the Complex da Penha  in the last days where he met some of his childhood friends, among them bosses of narcotraffico "MICA and Fabiano de Assis."

Wow, wow, wow. wow... "Everybdoy know that Adraino  was born and  grown up  in the favela and that he knows everyody," declared to O DIA the director of the Commisario, Marcus Reimao.  Though, Reimao says that the fact of meeting  Mica and Fabiano does not necessarily  mean that Adraiano has direct connections with narco or that he uses drugs.  It would have been difficult  to hide such a thing considering his high profile and to the test he must undergo as a footballer.

The whole thing is that the ex of Adriano was mad and broke up the relation which sent Adriano in a depression stage.  Reimao declared that Adriano was feeling bad because his ex found out abotu the orgy party he organized in the new appartment and she could not tolerate it.  She sent him away and he went back to his childhood friends in the favela.

Guys, the girl is not to blame. After all, she does not need to put up with this type of relathion where Adriano does not respect her and organize orgies with prostitutes and trans.... helloooooooo... knock, knock... anybody home. The girl is thinking about herself and her two kids too.

Here is a video from July 2008 where Adriano talks about his love for his neighborhood at the Favela Painting project.
